"What is the fundamental problem we are trying to solve by the feature of marking packages that might miss their delivery date?" "What are the useful information drones sent back to the system? How, when, and where do operation managers flag package?". I create this service blueprint below to describe the relationship, interactions of drone delivery operations.

"What is the definition of the usage of drones?" Assumption: There are several types of drones stored in warehouse. Drones status are defined as active, idle and abnormal. Definition of the usage of drones: The measure of a quantity of each type status in a given time. It is hard to track the overall status of packages. As manager, they want to feel in control, or even be able to forecast workload and schedule drones in advance. It is difficult to make decision without comprehensive data. The hardest part is to keep key stakeholders, such as dispatchers, drone operators and package managers informed about the abnormal case, to ensure the entire delivery pipeline move smoothly. Only by understanding the paint points and definition of drones status, I create sketches to address the needs.
